These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PostMyLink.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

PostMyLink.com reserves the right to maintain, modify, or deactivate user accounts at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, the deactivation of accounts that have been inactive for more than 30 days, regardless of any grandfathered Lifetime Access status.

A short link is a path that you have been permitted to use on PostMyLink.com, pml.fyi, another domain operated by PostMyLink.com, or a domain you have connected to your account. It is not your property, and no right to it is transferred to you. PostMyLink.com reserves the right to reclaim, reassign, disable, or redirect any short link or alias at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including where the alias matches or resembles a page, feature, or path of the Service, a trademark or brand name, or a reserved or offensive word; where the link has not been used; where the account that created it has been deactivated or has no current plan; or where the link is used in breach of these Terms.

Aliases are not case-sensitive: two aliases that differ only in capitalisation are the same short link. Short links on a domain you have connected to your account are yours to name within these rules and, for as long as that domain remains connected to your account, are not reassigned to another account. Disconnecting a domain, whether by you or by us, switches off the links on it, and another account that controls the domain may then connect it.

Users are prohibited from using the Service for any activity or content that:

1. is hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise offensive;
2. violates any trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights;
3. engages in phishing, spamming, or any other harmful or fraudulent activity; or
4. is otherwise harmful or detrimental to the Service or its users.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate termination of the user’s account, with or without notice.

Users acknowledge that they are responsible for obtaining any necessary rights or permissions to use third-party intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks and copyrights, in connection with their use of the Service.

PostMyLink.com will not sell user data unless the entire company has been acquired. PostMyLink.com may share user data with third-party services for purposes including but not limited to user data processing, activity tracking, cookies, payment processing, and social media integration. Third-party services may include, but are not limited to, Google Analytics, Stripe, Snowflake, PayPal, Meta, Instagram, Google, and Twitter. Users acknowledge and consent to the sharing of their data with these third-party services.

PostMyLink.com retains the right to use third-party services for various purposes, including but not limited to user data processing, activity tracking, cookies, payment processing, and social media integration. By using the Service, users agree that PostMyLink.com may share their information with such third-party services as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

PostMyLink.com reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to ensure their continued compliance. Continued use of the Service following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PostMyLink.com operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
