Change where a link goes. Never change the link.

Branded short URLs and QR codes you can retarget after they are printed, with click statistics that count people instead of crawlers.

Plans from $27 a month. No passwords. Enter your email and we send you a link that signs you in.

The PostMyLink dashboard: link and click totals, a thirty-day click chart, and a list of recent short links with their destinations.

Links

One list, every link, no hunting

Search by alias, title or destination. Filter by status, sort by age or clicks, and act on a hundred rows at once.

  • Edit the destination without touching the short URL
  • Disable a link without deleting it, and re-enable it later
  • Export the whole list as CSV whenever you want it
The links table: short link, destination, click and unique-click counts, and the date each was created.
Statistics

Numbers that do not flatter you

Clicks and unique visitors over any range you pick, broken down by link, country, city, referrer, browser and operating system.

  • Crawlers and link scanners are resolved but never counted
  • Unique visitors counted from a salted hash, never a stored IP
  • Say plainly which older clicks have no detail behind them
The statistics page: a range selector, clicks and unique visitors, a clicks-over-time chart, and breakdowns by link, country and city.
QR codes

Print it once, redirect it forever

A QR code here points at one of your short links instead of baking the destination into the pattern. Move the link and every code already printed follows.

  • PNG for print, SVG for anything that has to scale
  • Set size, colours and error-correction level per code
  • Codes stay valid when the campaign behind them moves

Scan it. This one is drawn by the same generator your codes use, and it resolves to postmylink.com.

The QR codes page: saved codes with their names, the short link each points at, and download links for SVG and PNG.
AI assistants

Ask for the link. Get the QR code too.

Connect PostMyLink to Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code and it can shorten links, make print-ready QR codes and read your statistics — then hand the files to the other tools in the same conversation.

  • Included in every plan; sign in with your email and approve it once
  • The image and its file addresses come back together, ready to hand on
  • Disconnect it any time from your account page
Example conversationPostMyLink connected
  1. You: Shorten the autumn menu PDF and give me a QR code I can put on the flier.

  2. Assistant: Used PostMyLink · create_short_link

Done. The short link is postmylink.com/autumn-menu, and here is its QR code at print size. If the menu moves later, tell me and I will point the same link at the new one — nothing already printed changes.

    • autumn-menu.png · for print
    • autumn-menu.svg · for anything that scales
An example exchange with an assistant that has PostMyLink connected. The QR code is real and opens postmylink.com/mcp.
In every plan

Nothing is held back for a higher tier

The plans differ by how many links and QR codes you need, not by which features you are allowed to have.

Aliases you choose

Take a generated six-character alias or write your own. Case-insensitive, so nobody loses a link to a capital letter.

Passwords and expiry

Put a password in front of a link, or set the date it stops resolving. For embargoed announcements and anything that should not outlive its moment.

Bulk import and export

Upload a CSV of a thousand destinations, get a thousand short links back, with a named reason for every row that could not be used.

Print-ready QR files

PNG for print and SVG for anything that has to scale, both regenerated the moment you change the code's style or size.

Country, browser, referrer

Every click carries where it came from and what opened it. Crawlers are resolved but never counted.

API, MCP and Zapier

Create links and codes from your own software with a documented API, from an AI assistant through the MCP server, or wire PostMyLink into thousands of apps with Zapier.

How it works

Three steps, about a minute

  1. Paste a destination

Any http or https URL. Add your own alias if you want one, or let us generate it.

  2. Share the link or the code

Copy the short URL, or download its QR code for packaging, print or a screen.

  3. Change your mind later

Point the same link somewhere else whenever you need to. Everything already printed keeps working.

Start shortening in about a minute.

Pick a plan, sign in with your email, and paste your first destination.
